  • Annual Return-to-Factory Calibration Service (Onsite/Place-of-Performance options are available)
    • 7-point DC calibration for all ADC/DAC channels. Includes an update to the DC calibrations scale factors with different sampling frequencies.
    • Update calibration files
    • Calibration report issued
  • Recording Unit Preventative Maintenance (ADC and DAC cards not included in this service; spare ADC and DAC cards are recommended for purchase)
    • Windows or Linux Operating System and File System inspection and clean-up
    • Mainboard, NIC(s), and RAID controller
    • *Automatic consumables replacement; including SSDs/HDDs, video adapter, cooling fans, and power supply (3-Year contract purchase is required)
    • Preventive maintenance report issued
