The Boeing Company submitted a unique requirement to DaqScribe Solutions.

Our challenge was to capture full avionics data-bus traffic during the regular assembly of their newest commercial aircraft.

DaqScribe responded with an off-the-shelf 10GbE recording system that featured a fully integrated AFDX/ARINC664 interface from Abaco Systems. The system was built with enough storage capacity to record continuously for up to 3-weeks!

The collected bus-data can either be injected (played-back) into or transferred to any preferred avionics bus analysis tool.

DaqScribe’s DDR7000 Series recorder system is ideal for most aircraft-deterministic networking schemes, including Airbus’s Avionics Full-Duplex Switched Ethernet (AFDX), ARINC664 and MIL-STD-1553 protocols.
