Legacy Products & Services

These recorders are no longer sold. Plenty are still in service, so this page keeps their model numbers findable and points their owners at a human. If you are running one of them, you are still a Daqscribe customer.

RDR4000 ATLAS

A rugged Ethernet recorder in the RDR series, withdrawn from the lineup.

Legacy · previously at /rdr7000

The archived page for this product is unreliable, so this entry is deliberately thin. It was published at /rdr7000 under the title “RDR7000 Series”, carries “RDR4000 ATLAS Series” as its actual headline, and its capability list is verbatim the RDR70-Mini text — including that model's 60TB ceiling, which may or may not have been ATLAS's. Separately, “RDR4000” was also used as a series name for THEMIS. If you own one of these, the specifics are worth a conversation rather than a guess.

Support, spares and repair availability for legacy equipment are handled case by case. Raising a ticket on the support portal gets your request tracked against an SLA — the sales contact form does not, so for an existing system the portal is the faster route.
