These terms govern your use of daqscribe.com, operated by Daqscribe Solutions, LLC (“Daqscribe”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
This is an informational website. It describes our data recorders, the nStudio software suite, and our services — nothing is sold or ordered through it. Buying from us happens through a quote and a written agreement, not through a web page.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site, and to download, print, and share what we publish — datasheets, application notes, articles — for the purpose of evaluating or using our products. Keep any notices attached to the material you share.
Please don't:
- Try to access non-public parts of the site, our systems, or anyone else's information
- Interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code
- Scrape or automate requests at a volume that degrades the site for other people
- Use our contact forms to send bulk, automated, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Misrepresent who you are or what organization you're acting for
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law
Specifications, quotes, and pricing
The specifications, capacities, throughput figures, and configurations published here are for information only. Systems are built to order and the exact numbers depend on how a system is configured, so treat published figures as representative rather than as a guaranteed specification for the unit you receive.
We change and improve products, and we may correct or update anything on this site — including specifications and availability — without notice. Errors and omissions happen; we may correct them at any time.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment. Pricing, delivery, warranty, and performance commitments only bind us when they appear in a written quote or agreement signed by Daqscribe. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
What you send us
Do not send classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted technical data through this website or to the email addresses published on it. Our forms and inboxes are a general sales channel and are not approved or accredited for material controlled under ITAR, the EAR, or any classification regime. If your question can't be asked without that kind of detail, tell us that much and we'll arrange a suitable channel first.
Don't send us anyone else's confidential information, or anything you're not free to share. Information you do send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, feedback, or suggestions about our products, we may use them freely and without owing you anything for them. That doesn't change any confidentiality agreement we've signed with you — a signed NDA governs what it covers, not this paragraph.
Export compliance
Our products, software, and technical documentation may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with them, and not to export, re-export, or transfer anything you obtain from us to any destination, entity, or person prohibited under those laws. Publishing information here doesn't mean the corresponding product can be supplied to every country or customer.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, diagrams, documentation, layout, and code — belongs to Daqscribe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
Daqscribe, nStudio, MOHSAIC, and our product names are trademarks of Daqscribe Solutions, LLC. Other names and marks on this site belong to their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a license to use any of them, beyond the ordinary use of our published material described above.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don't control, including our customer support portal, partner websites, and video hosted elsewhere. We're not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.
Site availability and warranties

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you agree to that venue.
